Below are several support options to choose from, based on your school's needs and stage in the Hot Meals programme.

Option 1 – Tender Publication

For schools that want to start the process but have not yet confirmed a timeline for the remainder of the program. (Includes Phase 1 only)

Option 2 – Evaluation & Scoring of Tenders

For schools that have already published their tender and would like support for the next stage of evaluation & scoring. A desktop or supplier-engaged approach can be taken. (Includes Phase 2)

Option 3 – eTenders close out & Funding administration

This phase of work supports the school from identifying their preferred vendor to awarding contracts and completing all administrative tasks to ensure full compliance with the public procurement regulations. (Includes Phases 3 & 4)

Option 4 – Service Mobilisation

For schools that have already issued their tender but are seeking support with the evaluation and mobilisation of the service. (Includes Phase 5)

Option 5 – Full End-to-End Support

For schools that need to begin the process and would like full support from tender issuance through service introduction. (Includes Phases 1 to 5)

Option 6 – Post Go-Live Support

This support covers the activities outlined in Phase 6 above and would be based on an agreed hourly rate with an estimated hours requirement of 2 hours per week for the first 12 weeks, reducing to 2 hours per month thereafter.
